Afternoon Adventure Begins
We will pick you up from your hotel in the afternoon to start the trek at around 2:00 PM. Accompanied by our professional guides, the trek from the starting point to the sunrise point takes about 1.5 hours. Upon reaching the sunrise point, we will set up the tents and enjoy dinner while watching the sunset from the mountain peak.
Mount Batur, located in Kintamani, stands at 1,717 meters. The trek offers diverse views, including mesmerizing nature scenes, green jungles, plantations, and traditional villages where you might meet local residents. The journey is filled with interesting sights and experiences.
Experience One of Bali’s Best Sunrises
After a restful sleep, wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise. It’s recommended to rise at around 5:00 AM, as the sunrise typically occurs at 5:30 AM. Watch as the sun slowly rises, casting a red and yellow glow over the landscape. The sunrise is made even more beautiful by the surrounding views, including the green jungle, distant Bali, and, if you’re lucky, views of Mount Agung and Mount Rinjani in Lombok.
After enjoying the sunrise and taking some photos, we will serve a light breakfast. You can even cook your breakfast using natural volcanic steam, guided by our instructor. Enjoy your meal with breathtaking views at the sunrise point.
